This is a super cool paint job by Bismuth22 on a sleek Pinewood Derby car. The Trick Paint is called
“Chroma Illusion” by Dupont Automotive Custom Paint
“Absolute Purpleen” is this color
There is a wide range of colors changes to choose from.
Very Very expensive $30 per oz… $2000+ per gallon….
But very very Cool…

Bismuth22 used a Black base coat then Sprayed the illusion paint over the Black then Clearcoated… Then sanded smooth with 2000 grit wet sanding paper then buffed it to a mirror like showroom shine.
